Nordic Ware filled-pancake pan for making traditional Danish pancakes. This has a non-stick surface soplease please pleaseno metal utensils or harsh scrubbing pads are to be used with it!
Instructions:
1) Preheat pan on stove. Oil/butter each cavity. Fill 2/3 with batter
2) Add 1-2tbsp filling (jam, cheese, chocolate etc). Push filling down into batter. Cook 1 minute
3) Use WOODEN or PLASTIC utensil (NO METAL!!) to flip each pancake. Cook for another 1 - 1 1/2 minutes. Enjoy with syrup or butter on top

- Heavy, warp-resistant cast aluminum ensures even heating
