Double ended steel bar with blunt, chisel-like end opposite to a pointed end. May also be called a double-ended digging bar. According to Wikipedia a digging bar can be: "used as a post hole digger, to break up or loosen hard or compacted materials such as soil, rock, concrete and ice or as a lever to move objects."
